Sagebrush Services™ Roadmap

We seek to perform the following services for other companies, but first we must do it for ourselves.

  • We need an LLC License, a State of Nevada Tax ID, a Registered Agent, and a Reno City Business License.
  • We need a mailbox to receive mail.
  • We need to become a CMRA with the US Postal Service.
  • We need an EIN, a BOI, a bank account, and accounting/tax software.
  • We need a business agreement.
  • We need clear roles and responsibilities.
  • We need equity plans for founders and early employees.
  • We need to file 83(b) elections for founders and other tax agreements.
  • We will create living trusts for each founder using the same mail address.
  • We will transfer the stock owned in Sagebrush Services LLC to the trusts.

In the beginning, there is only one customer, us. We will create a website at https://www.sagebrush.services, which contains the following:

  • A page for founders to access mail sent to Sagebrush Services™ LLC.
  • A page for founders to access the licenses for Sagebrush Services™ LLC.
  • A page for founders to answer assigned Standards for Sagebrush Services™ LLC.
  • A page for mailbox providers to upload mail received by Sagebrush Services™ LLC.
  • A page for founders to access all contracts and operating agreements for Sagebrush Services™ LLC.
  • A page for founders to look at their personal living trusts.
  • A page for founders to look at their stock owned in Sagebrush Services™ LLC.

We will also have processes for accounting and tax reconciliation to ensure everything we do is correct.

After serving us, and our founders’ estates, we will then serve the founders’ other Nevada entities. It is important that we document each and every step.

Then, we will market Sagebrush Services™ to the public.

Long-Term Roadmap

So many things we can cover but only after the above is complete. For example:

  • 409(a) valuations

  • RSU plans (e.g. Gusto/ADP integration)

  • Specialized permits (e.g. transportation, or cannabis)

  • Trust company

  • Asset protection trusts

  • Blockchain ledger for trust actions (AWS managed blockchain - Hyperledger Fabric)

Sagebrush Services™ and Neon Law® will each operate nodes of the same blockchain ledger.

The future is filled with abundance. But first, we must serve ourselves and our companies.
