A lawyer you can turn to.

Choose a plan for ongoing help with your business or personal legal needs. Individual services are also available when you need help with one thing.

See the Business plan or Personal plan. Forms are free with a plan or $50 each otherwise. Legal work outside your plan and government fees cost extra.

Custom contract reviews and trademarks require a plan and cost extra. The listed contract-review prices apply after you have a plan.

Have a dispute? Start with a free consultation. You do not need a subscription for that first conversation.

Individual services

Need help with one thing?

Choose the help you need. We will explain what it includes and what it costs before work starts. Government fees are separate. Contract reviews require a plan and run $100–$500 depending on the contract type.

  • Simple will

One will, drafted from your answers and reviewed by a licensed attorney, through signing and witnessing.

  • Estate package

A will, a financial power of attorney, and a healthcare directive, drafted together so they agree with one another.

  • Revocable living trust

The trust, a pour-over will, and the deed transferring one Nevada property into it. Further properties are quoted.

  • Uncontested name change

The petition, the publication notice, and the hearing. Court filing and publication costs are billed at cost.

  • Demand letter

One letter over the firm's signature, after we read what you have. It is not a retainer to litigate if the letter does not work.

  • Tenant eviction defense

The answer and one hearing in a Nevada summary eviction. An appeal or a contested trial is a separate engagement.

  • LLC formation

Articles, an operating agreement, the EIN, and the initial state filing. The Secretary of State sets its own fee.

  • Nonprofit formation and 501(c)(3)

Articles, bylaws, a conflict-of-interest policy, and the Form 1023 application. The IRS sets its own user fee.

  • Trademark application

    • $50 + government filing fees

A clearance search and one class of one application, through filing. The USPTO sets its own per-class fee.

  • Nevada annual report

The annual list and the state business licence renewal for one entity. The state sets its own fee.

  • Mutual NDA review

    • $100

One NDA, read end-to-end and redlined, with a short note on what we changed and why.

  • Consulting agreement review

    • $250

One consulting or independent-contractor agreement, read end-to-end and redlined against your interests.

  • Employment agreement review

    • $350

One offer letter or employment agreement, read end-to-end, including any equity or non-compete terms.

  • MSA review

    • $500

One master services agreement, read end-to-end and redlined — the counterparty's paper, not one we drafted for you.

  • Form review

    • $50

Filling out and reviewing one government or intake form, returned by a licensed attorney. Forms are free with a plan or $50 each otherwise. Any government or third-party fee is separate.

  • Nevada business address

    • $350/year

A Nevada street address for service of process and mail, forwarded to you. Billed annually.

  • Send a template contract

    • $5

One of our own template contracts, sent to your counterparty through DocuSign for signature. Per contract sent.

  • Custom or ad-hoc business work

Something outside this list. Tell us what you need and we will scope and quote it before starting.

How it works

How it works

Tell us what you need. We will explain the service, its cost, and what we need from you before work begins.

  1. Create an account

Set up your account so everything about your matter lives in one place.

  2. Answer some questions

A short questionnaire, scoped to what your filing actually needs.

  3. Upload your documentation

Add the documents your matter calls for; we tell you which ones.

  4. We complete the work we agree on

A licensed attorney reviews the work and we keep you informed.

Tell us what you need.

If you are not sure which service fits, email us. We will help you choose your next step.
