Neon Nexus – A Comprehensive Plan for Nevada Entities

Neon Nexus is our all-in-one yearly subscription service designed to streamline legal and administrative needs for Nevada-based businesses and organizations. It includes:

• Government Filings and Permits – We handle your required filings (filing fees may apply).
• Employment Taxes – We handle your employment taxes (filing fees may apply).
• Neon Nest - Our Neon Nest services listed below.

For companies, we also provide equity management, ensuring proper structuring and compliance.

For non-profits, we offer donation management, helping organizations handle contributions efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Additionally, subscribers gain access to our contract repository, Neon Notations, along with attorney review services.

All support inquiries are handled with a guaranteed three-business-day turnaround, ensuring timely assistance for your needs.

Plans begin at $1,111 per year for companies and $99 per year for non-profits.

We also offer certain companies the opportunity to pay with equity instead of cash. This offers a win-win scenario where we grow with you!

Neon Northstar – A Long-Term Estate Planning Solution

We partner with Pinnacle Legacy Law and provide our services under their protocol. We will work with you to help you define your legacy and live your destiny.

Plans begin at $8,888. Clients should expect at least six hours of face-to-face meetings with Neon Law attorneys to create their unique Northstar. If we guide you to your Northstar, we yearn to be your lawyer for life.

Neon Nest – Our Virtual Mailbox and Registered Agent Services

Neon Nest is our virtual mailbox and registered agent service that we whitelabel from Sagebrush Services™ for government and other important correspondence. We will not receive packages on your behalf. Neon Nest includes:

• Virtual Mailbox in Nevada – A secure and professional mailing address for trust-related correspondence.
• Registered Agent Services – We act as your official registered agent, ensuring you receive all necessary legal and tax documents.

Plans begin at $22 a month or $1314 for ten years.

1337 Lawyers – Specialized Legal Expertise on Demand

For clients who require specialized legal counsel, our 1337 Lawyers service offers hourly billing for high-impact legal and technical matters.

Our team is uniquely positioned at the intersection of law and technology. Unlike most law firms, our expertise includes building secure, highly available compute systems. Our background includes being lawyers with medical, biological, software, and cybersecurity expertise, allowing us to provide unparalleled legal and technical guidance.

We bill at $1,337 per hour for our premium advisory and litigation services. Discounts apply for Neon Nexus customers which are detailed in your signed retainer agreement.
