Virtual Mailbox

You must have a valid virtual mailbox subscription to use Neon Law to receive letters only. ALL LETTERS ARE IMMEDIATELY SCANNED AND SHREDDED. NEON LAW DOES NOT STORE ANY LETTERS.

Neon Law does not receive packages. We will immediately return all packages to the sender.

E-Sign Requirements

  1. Intent to Sign

You agree to provide clear intent to sign electronically. By interacting with our designated mechanism (e.g., clicking a “Click to Sign” button), you affirm that you intend to execute the document electronically.

  1. Consent to Conduct Business Electronically

By signing this Agreement, you explicitly consent to conducting transactions electronically. You agree to review and accept all terms related to electronic signatures and acknowledge any disclosures provided regarding the use of e-signatures.

  1. Association of Signature with the Record

Your electronic signature will be logically associated with the document you sign. We ensure that your signature will be securely embedded or attached to the document to maintain its integrity and authenticity.

  1. Record Retention

We commit to retaining electronically signed documents in a manner that preserves their integrity and authenticity. You agree that these documents will be accessible to you and other relevant parties involved in the transaction for future reference.

  1. Authentication

To verify your identity, we may implement one or more authentication methods, including but not limited to:

  • E-Notarization
  • Sending an OTP (One-Time Password) via email
  • Using a passkey

By agreeing to this clause, you consent to participating in the authentication process and providing necessary information to validate your identity.

Responsibility

You are responsible for filing your own deadlines. Neon Law is not responsible for your deadlines. Neon Law is a law firm, but we only act pursuant to our retainer and you are responsible for finding your own counsel and ensuring you meet your deadlines.
