Neon Law Node
$44 each
An attorney attestation, recorded on-chain.
- A licensed attorney confirms the fact from the information and documents you provide
- We do not independently investigate or cross-reference — the attestation rests on your records
- Recorded on Solana: our wallet, your wallet, and a hash of the signed attestation
- One flat fee per attestation — network fees passed through at cost
Some facts need a lawyer to vouch for them — that you qualify as an accredited investor, that a record says what a counterparty believes it says, that a condition has been met. Neon Law Node is that attestation: made by a licensed attorney and recorded on the Solana blockchain so anyone you authorize can verify it.
Try Node when a fact needs more than a screenshot and less than a courtroom. Sometimes the question is simple: did a licensed attorney review the records you gave and attest that they support the statement you need to make?
You tell us the fact and send the records. If those records support it, a licensed attorney prepares a signed attestation. We then write one Solana transaction that binds our wallet, your wallet, and a cryptographic hash of the signed document. The document stays private with you; the hash proves the exact document existed.
The boundary is part of the product. A Node attestation rests solely on the information and documents you provide. We do not independently investigate, audit, or cross-reference outside sources. You remain responsible for truth and completeness.
The same on-chain record backs every attorney-signed letter we send in Neon Law Nautilus: the screening-dispute shield anchors a SHA-256 fingerprint of each letter to Solana on the same wallet-to-wallet rail, so a client can prove the exact letter existed and was signed.
The $44 fee covers one attorney attestation and its on-chain record, with Solana network fees passed through at cost. It is verification and recordkeeping, not investment, tax, securities, or deal advice.
A written engagement letter states the exact fact to be attested, the per-attestation fee, and the terms for ending the work. If you need a fact made durable, email support@neonlaw.com with the fact and the records behind it.
