Newleaf covers one of two matters: a prenuptial agreement before marriage, or an uncontested divorce after you have already agreed to part ways. A licensed attorney prepares the agreed documents. For an uncontested divorce, we file the dissolution and see the matter through to the decree.
Because even an amicable family-law matter can be legally adverse, we represent both of you only with informed written consent. The conflict waiver says the firm represents you jointly, cannot advocate for one of you against the other, and keeps no secrets between you. If a real disagreement opens, Newleaf stops and each of you should get independent counsel.
The $555 fee covers the agreed prenup or uncontested dissolution. Court filing fees and service costs pass through at cost. We do not handle negotiation, litigation, emergency relief, or contentious family-law work inside this flat-fee service.
