DNS is a Premium Service

We believe that DNS is a premium service because it is effectively our address to the Internet.

Email Forwarding

We forward many emails, including emails listed in our Support page, and personal emails which we forward to personal email addresses. We programmatically send emails tethered to our Support page, but we never send emails from a personal name address like nick@neonlaw.com. This allows us to enforce group-first thinking and eliminate the use of personal company email addresses.
