What we take

We take our practice areas — estate planning, single-shot corporate work, and fractional general counsel for software and AI companies — for clients located anywhere. The work is the work; the bar admissions establish who we are accountable to.

We do not take litigation matters in any jurisdiction. If you need a courtroom, we will refer you to someone good at it.
