Access to justice is the reason this firm exists. When you cannot afford a lawyer, we still show up — with the Neon Law Foundation and partner legal-aid organizations, a licensed attorney takes on your matter without charging an attorney's fee.

Try this door when the price of a lawyer is the thing standing between you and your rights. Access to justice cannot mean much if it disappears the moment someone cannot pay.

Our pro bono matters run through legal-aid partners. To take a matter without an attorney's fee, we need a SOLA — a Statement of Legal Aid — from one of those partners, confirming you qualify for free legal help. Bring that statement, sign a written pro bono engagement, and a licensed attorney works the matter with the Neon Law Foundation.

Free means we do not charge an attorney's fee for the matter we take on. It does not mean the matter has no costs: court filing fees, service-of-process charges, and similar costs may still apply, and in some matters a court can shift fees between the parties. The written engagement says exactly what we cover and what remains your responsibility.

If you do not have a SOLA yet, tell us what you are facing and we will point you to a partner legal-aid organization that can assess eligibility and issue one.

Email support@neonlaw.org with a short note about what you are facing. We respond within one business day and point you to the right help.
