Welcome to the NeonLaw blog.

NeonLaw is a flat-fee estate planning firm — one plan, one price, nothing hidden. This blog is where we'll write about the work: how we think about drafting, what our clients actually ask us, and how modern tooling changes (and doesn't change) what a careful lawyer does.

A few things to expect:

• Answers, not marketing. We'd rather address a specific question — "do I need a trust if I already have a will?" — than publish another generic overview.
• Honest about pricing. Our fee is $3,333 for a complete plan. When we write about costs, we'll show the math.
• Receipts. If we claim a drafting approach holds up, we'll cite the statute, the case, or the state-specific rule that backs it.
