Neon Law

About Us

We are lawyers serving Nevada. However, our network of referring attorneys, listed below serve California, New Mexico, and Nevada with a diverse background that shares one thing in common - we love helping good people with tough problems.

William Ha, California and New Mexico

William Ha is a Consumer Bankruptcy attorney serving the counties of Los Angeles and Orange. Licensed since 2008, he has practiced in a variety of areas prior narrowing his focus to bankruptcy. He also has a professional background in software engineering, developing mobile software applications for iPhone and Android.

Mr. Ha specializes in Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Forward-looking, Mr. Ha is a proponent of technology literacy and solutions. His law practice reflects this philosophy – saving clients time. Matters are personally handled by Mr. Ha, nothing will be handled by a paralegal or a legal assistant.

Trevor Hartzell, Nevada

Trevor is a native of Reno and handles debt relief matters for Neon Law clients in Northern Nevada. He prides himself on being a voice for people who don't have one and has contributed immensely to disability law and rights in the Nevada education system.

In addition to Neon Law, Trevor manages Trevor Hartzell Law PLLC, a law firm specializing in criminal defense. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law.

Nicholas Shook, Nevada

Nicholas Shook is a native of Las Vegas and a proud fighter of underdogs everywhere; in his legal career, he's represented inmates wrongfully committed, sex workers, privacy advocates, immigrants, and domestic violence victims. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nick is currently Of Counsel to the firm, and does not participate in the day-to-day affairs; he works full-time as a DevOps Engineer for a FinTech company.
